Refund Policy (updated January 2025)

At Geminlogical we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure peace of mind.

Eligibility for Refunds

We are happy to provide a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was when dispatched, including all original packaging, labels, and documentation (if applicable).

  2. Timeframe: Items must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that are returned damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear unless the issue is due to a fault on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Notify Us: Contact us at info@geminlogical.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.  We will provide you with details of where to return the item to.

Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

 

Return Postage

The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or insured postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

 

Exceptions

Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return postage in such cases and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
